Overnight Parking Considerations

Any vehicle left on the street in this area will be ticketed, even if you have registered for an exemption. You can leave a vehicle in a legal parking spot overnight up to 15 times/year. This includes city streets and these uptown lots:

Station Lot (free)
Waterloo Town Square North Lot (free)
Waterloo Town Square South Lot (free)

You have to register by 2:15 a.m. on the night of the exemption. Unregistered vehicles left on streets/lots between 2:30 and 6:00 a.m. will be ticketed.

I have read the above statement and understand my consideration is only valid for a legally parked vehicle, between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. unless a snow ban has been declared.
